The benefits of shoulderstand, mother of all poses, are as varied as the people who do yoga, including decreased stress and better sleep. All levels are welcome. Everyone will get one on one instruction. The advanced practitioner can explore some of the infinite variations, while the beginner will learn how to safely go upside-down.

Hatha Flow is for everyone. It is a flow class with minimal weight bearing on the wrists. As always, you can modify poses, and we will teach to those in the room. Come try it out!
