Prenatal Yoga: 
Beginning 8/5. 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.
Meet in the East Studio. We suggest you bring a blanket and a supportive pillow. Drop in or class card.
Perfect for moms-to-be! 

Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility at your own pace. Chairs available for those who need extra support. 

Outdoor Yoga
Richmond Beach Saltwater Park 
Fridays July 11 through August 29
Noon to 1 p.m.
All-levels fun with a world-class view! Pre-register (strongly encouraged) or bring cash or check to the park. Get your season pass! Members 20% off.

Light on Life: Book Study Series
With Dylan. Thursdays 9/11-10/2.
8 to 9 p.m. $60 for 4-part series.

Hatha: An all-levels yoga class without weight-bearing on the wrists. 
Vinyasa: Flowing and dynamic!
Rise 'n Shine: Better than coffee. All-levels. 6 to 7 a.m.
5 Elements Yin: Slow, deep stretching. 
Gentle Yoga: Stretch, strengthen, and relax.

Prenatal Yoga: Ongoing, beginning August 5th.
Teen Girls Class: For ages 13 to 18
