Yoga is about more than looking good in your jeans. We believe that a yoga class should be relaxed and fun; this is not "Library Yoga" where everything is hushed and serious. The moment we start taking ourselves too seriously, we have lost it. At the same time, yoga is an art that requires learning technique, and we teach it well. As Dr. Seuss said in The Cat in the Hat, "It is fun to have fun but you have to know how!"
