Evening Meditation

35  minutes of quiet sitting, Mondays from 6:15 – 6:50 p.m. and Thursdays from 6:45  – 7:20 p.m.

Suitable for anyone who’s comfortable sitting quietly for 35 minutes on a cushion or chair. This is not a class; there will be no instruction, dialogue or readings – it is simply an opportunity (often requested by our students:) for meditation students to come and just sit quietly together for a slightly more extended period. Meditations are informal and movement/posture-changes are allowed but one should be able to remain quiet and relatively still for the 35 minute period. Only current students at RBY can attend but there will be no sign-in for these two sessions so they will not count against class cards or limited memberships. Immediately followed by Yin Yoga. Both are held in the Side Studio.
