Thanksgiving Day Class
Join Rebekah on Thanksgiving morning to start out this day of gratitude with your yoga community. 45 minutes of Vinyasa to prepare the body for a feast followed by 45 minutes of Yin to prepare the body and spirit for family and friends! Thanksgiving can be a time of reflection, memories, love for others, joy, laughter and let’s admit it, stress. Starting this day on your mat will soften the heart and balance your energy allowing the day to unfold with light shinning within.
