This will be taught as a 6 part series. Each session will build off the others, although taking them all will be the most rewarding, each individual session is self contained and can be taken separate from the rest . (The special package deals will need to be purchased over the phone or in studio)
What is iRest Yoga Nidra?
Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.
It’s integrative as it salves various unresolved issues and traumas that are present in your body and mind, and restorative as it enables you to recognize your innate peace of mind that is ever present.
iRest will help you relax deeply and increase resiliency, and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life. It nourishes noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving kindness toward yourself and others.

4/8/18: Witnessing & Pure Awareness
Serena is a CYT 200 level yoga instructor from Long Beach, CA. She is also a certified Integrative Restoration iRest Level 1 Teacher-in-Training. As a social worker and mental health clinican, integrating yoga and yogic principles have benefitted Serena personally, assisted her in working with her clients, and encouraged her social justice pursuits. She incorporates Yoga Nidra into her practice and shares these powerful self-healing techniques with her students and clients. She is passionate about empowering her students to connect with their authentic selves and create more balance in their lives and our world. NAMASTE
